Room Rates & Reservations
All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Maine lodging tax (currently 9%). To confirm a reservation, payment for the first and last night of your stay is required as a deposit. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Room 3, 5 and 6 are the only rooms permitted to have more than 2 guests, and require advance notice as well as an additional fee per night.
Room 3 is our pet friendly room for 1 small dog and requires advance notice as well additional pet fee per night.
Breakfast
A complimentary gourmet breakfast is served each morning for all our guests between 8-9am in our Aster & Rose Restaurant Dining Room. If you plan on leaving earlier, please let us know as we can offer some to-go breakfast options for you.
Additional Adults, Children and Pets
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional fee of $50.00 for each additional person per night, and children under 12 are $25.00 per night.
Youngtown Inn offers one pet-friendly room; Room 3allows for a small dog (limit to one pet/no cats please). Please be sure to let us know so we can make sure there is availability during the time you would like to visit. There is a pet charge of $50/night
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3 pm – 9 pm.
Check-out time: 11 am.
If you plan to arrive later than 9pm, please let us know and we can make some arrangements for late check-in arrival times.
Payments
To confirm a reservation, we will take a deposit for half your stay with us. The remaining balance is due on the date of your arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Please refer to the cancellation policy below.
Reservations made through third-party sites (expedia, booking.com, tripadvisor, etc.) and not directly with us at www.youngtowninn.com or by phone with us at 207-763-4290 are mostly non-refundable and subject to their own cancellation policies. Please refer to them for details.
Cancellations
A fourteen (14) day advance written notice of cancellation made in the form of an email to innkeeper@youngtowninn.com is required for a refund. There is a $25.00 per room, per night bookkeeping fee for all cancellations. Due to our size and location, cancellations made under 14 days are non-refundable.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking or excessive damage occurs in your room.
